Refunds/returns.
I will not be accepting returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Stained glass art takes a lot of time and patience to craft, with each piece being unique and one of a kind. If there are significant flaws I will do my best to make a note in the listing.
If the glass were to become damaged during transit to its destination, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving the damaged piece and we will figure out a solution for repair or replacement. I do my best to package my artwork as safely and securely possible, but accidents sadly do happen!
